Beautiful Villa in Calpe, a few minutes walking to the Sandy beach, for 10 persons. The villa is very well located in a quiet residential area “Costeres” , only a few meters you have supermarkets, shops, and all services. The villa, completely removed, it’s worth highlighting the exquisite furniture. The villa is composed by 1 floor and the living area is about 250 m2. The closed plot with a beautiful garden, trees, grass and various plant is about 1100 m2.

Principal floor:Access by stairs (10). Inside the spacious and comfortable villa, we have a living room with 1 air conditioning, where is a comfortable sofa chaise-longue, sat TV, with access to the dining room and kitchen. 1 spacious bedroom with double bed, 1 air conditioning and 1 bathroom with bath, shower, wc and washbasin in suite. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. 1 spacious dining room with kitchen access and exit to pool area. Large and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and utensils kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 room with washing machine.

Upper floor:Access by staircase inside the house (15). This floor has a large bedroom with double bed, Sat-TV (no TDT), bathroom en suite with shower, wc and washbasin, Access to the balcony with another seperate kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

Outsideyou can enjoy a large swimming pool in kidney shape form (9x4,5) with built-in roman stairs and a small swimming pool for the children. Around the pool sunbathing area. You can enjoy outdoor meals, with built-in barbecue. Area covered parking for 2 vehicles in the same plot.

A few meters from the villa, you can arrive to the sandy beach and boardwalk ( Levante beach 0,9 km) supermarkets (0,5 km), Centre Calpe (2,6 km).

Extras:Extra person, additional cost: 90€ per stay and person. It’s completely forbidden to bring pets.
