Beautiful villa with private pool in Calpe, a few minutes from the beach, for a total of 8 people. The villa is located in the residential area "Gran Sol" near the Levante Beach. Particularly noteworthy is the large, fenced plot of 1100 sqm with garden, swimming pool, covered terrace and an outdoor kitchen, ideal to enjoy the meal outdoors. The villa has a total area of about 180 square meters on one floor. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. Internet / wifi free.

Main floor:(access via a few steps) dining room with modern furniture, TV with satellite / tdt, air conditioning (split). Open kitchen, fully equipped, with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer and kitchen utensils. 1 living room with TV and air conditioning (split). 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning (split). 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning (split). 1 bedroom with air conditioning (split). Through a few stairs you reach the master bedroom which consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.

In the outside:The pool is located in the upper area, access is via some stairs. Square 8x4m pool with roman steps, large sunbathing area with deck chairs (4). Covered terrace with outdoor kitchen (with gas) and fridge with small freezer. Barbecue, ideal to enjoy the meal outdoors. 1 room with washing machine. Parking for 3-4 cars.
