Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 9 people, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, distributed on two independent floors.
INTERNAL: This cozy villa consists of two independent floors connected by external stairs. The GROUND FLOOR consists of a living room with TV, an open kitchen with ceramic hob and access to the pool area. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a spacious living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT and access to the terrace. A fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace. A large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: The property has several terraces and a 9x4 pool with roman steps and an artificial lawn area. There is a portable grill to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for three vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a pleasant area that offers tranquility and proximity. It is only 3 km to the sandy beach and the restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 2 km away and Calpe town center is reached 3.5 km.
REMARKS: There is no internet. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
